I am one who believes in using local small business whenever possible. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone friend or foe. This has to be the worse experience in regards to product, service and attention to detail. The people are rude and have no idea what customer service is. They did install carpet in my master bedroom and left it a MESS, I am so dissatisfied I cancelled the the installation of my 2 other bedroom and am going with a big box store. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

I need flooring and installation for my new home.
After reading reviews I called Dennys up hoping to have someone come out and help me select the flooring and measure for install.
When I called the person who answered the phone was very difficult to talk to. I explained what I needed and they advised. "We don't do that" and I would have to first come into the store and select my flooring.
Honestly I don't know what I want and wanted someone with the knowledge to come look at my sub floor and help advise me.
I ended up cutting the conversation short and will be calling another company to install 3000sqft of flooring . Geesh

I've worked with Denney's carpet for years and have referred their business often and without hesitation. Their knowledge of the products they sell and the quality of their installation is outstanding.
