I recently had a disappointing experience with Payless Septic & Sewer Co and feel compelled to share my negative review. Initially, I chose this company due to their competitive pricing, but my dealings with them left me thoroughly dissatisfied.Upon their arrival at my properties, I was taken aback by their unprofessional behavior. In one instance, without seeking my consent, they introduced an additional chemical into my septic tank and subsequently charged me extra for it. The short time they were here they were trying to sell me products and service. Charged me double what other companies charged. I wish I had read these reviews before calling them. Do yourself a favor and find a company with ethics

called them out to do work because heavy rain my toilet wouldn't flush. they replaced D box, plumbing from house to septic tank, installed riser, cleaned fingers. While doing work they broke a plug in, in my garage. The work was over priced for the work that they did. After a month I was still having the same issues, when I called they wouldn't answer the phone and they are yet to call me back after leaving multiple messages. I finally had to call someone else whow came out and had to replace the D box again and cleaned the fingers. I would not recommend Payless to anyone if you want quality work and good customer service!
