This gym is a judgement free zone. the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love how it's set up and more importantly how I feel like I'm part of a family there. I would recommend anyone to come here plus the prices are very reasonable

I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years now and I still love it! Great staff and friendly environment! The gym has plenty of cardio machines, weights, and even a group room for group workouts. It's free to use when class is not in session so you can make your own workout in there as well! The club has three tanning beds, a bathroom and even a shower to use if your working out before work! The price of services is incredible. They also offer PT and massage by appt! Check it out!

Clean atmosphere. Positive vibe. Nice equipment. Strong tanning beds. And of course I'm stoked it's open 24/7. I appreciate a strong business plan with an involved owner & Doug has accomplished that here.
