I first contacted Levi in January. The same day I called to tell him we were looking to get a new roof, he was out to measure. He gave me the estimate the next business day (in person). The price was fair but we needed to figure out financing and I told him we would be in contact as soon as we got it arranged. Just about a month later (now February) I contacted Levi to let him know we were ready. The next day, a Tuesday, he came over with the contract to sign. They started on our roof the following Tuesday and they were finished by Friday.
