I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. He made sure to take care of it right away and continued to check with me on the process to make sure i was happy. I work with them as we live a good distance from the shop in Silver Lake and they always come out and you can barely tell they've been here. I've worked with both Jon and Jeremy and would recommend both of those guys as they are always friendly and tell me all the information I need to know to make sure the septic is working and operating correctly. I've also talked with Steven before about a couple of things and again, always friendly, courteous and shares all relevant information needed.
