“Ben helped me figure out my water heater problem through phone and pictures texted,. I wasn't getting enough hot water, and my gas valve went bad on a Bradford White 50 gallon tank from 2009. Instead of just replacing the valve, he brought the current model of the same one, the same day, in a few hours. He installed the new one by himself and was very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. It was a bit pricey, but worth it to get an updated model of such a good tank in a few hours and be assured that with a new tank it wasn't just putting a bandaid on a gash.
