We cannot say enough good things about Matt & Pleasant Temps! We were having an issue with our A/C and despite my husband's attempts to troubleshoot, we were unsuccessful. We got a referral for Matt and gave him a call. He helped my husband check a few things over the phone first to ensure we would not be spending money unnecessarily on a service call. When that did not fix the issue and knowing the higher temperatures next week, he worked to schedule us as quickly as possible. Not only is he extraordinarily professional and friendly, but is also knowledgeable and thorough. His assessment of the system diagnosed and found a leak after which he fixed it promptly and then was able to recharge the system to get it working. We had spoken with several companies that offered us a variety of less effective solutions (that may or may not work) at a higher cost with potential need for further and more expensive repairs and Matt demonstrated high character and professionalism in explaining not only why that was unnecessary and unhelpful but also approaching the problem diagnostically and completely, doing only what he knew was both necessary and helpful. He provided a permanent solution without unnecessary spending and we are SO glad to support a family-owned business that values hard work, honesty and integrity. We’ve now used Matt 3 times. Once when AC stopped working in the summer and he showed up very quickly, found and fixed the issue. We’ve also hired him to fix a failed ejector pit as well as install a whole house humidifier. He’s prompt, professional, provides quick estimates and fair pricing.
