I spoke with Jodi on August 13th, and she was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and even asked me to send photos of the work required, which made the whole process much smoother. I was able to schedule an appointment just three days later, and Jodi informed me that Matt would be handling the job.

I researched several companies to replace our water heater. Martin's had the best pricing. What really sold me was their customer service. Jodi responded immediately to my questions and was always helpful and courteous. Repairman was on time, fast, very polite and did a great job. Highly recommend. Elaina Mickens
