They were on time when they came to give us an estimate and were very clear in the entire process to sand and refinish our floors. Took the the time to answer all our questions and expectations. Applied sample stains to make sure we were able to confirm the stain we wanted. Very reasonable pricing after shopping around. Did a fantastic job on our floors and we will we use them again when it's time to refinish our floors in the future.
