I love the work that Stefanie does for me everytime. Ive been here a handful of times and i love it. But the one time I don’t get stefanie, which isnt a big issue for me i thought, i ended up with someone else i wasn’t familiar with and she cut off a lot more than I asked and put a bad line with scissors across the back. I wanted to believe it wasn’t that bad but it was. I went back in and talked with stefanie the next day and she had me come back in to fix it and she did such a wonderful job and was so kind about it too as i have bad anxiety and i don’t like being confrontational at all. I went in with so much anxiety about my hair. I had rescheduled my appointment multiple times today alone. I requested Shelby and she was amazing. She did a beautiful job on my hair! I went in thinking I just had waves in my hair but she showed me I had so many curls and walked me through how to style and care for my hair! I will go back to see shelby over and over again! Such a sweet woman and made me feel so relaxed
