My stylist was outstanding and some complete stranger paid for my hair cut just to be nice!!! It was amazing! People are still great in this world!!! Thank you all and the Lord above!

After a bad experience in Plano, I almost gave up. Today I drove past the Plano location on my way to Oswego and was curious if yorkville had any appointments . I got on the app checked in and was getting a haircut 5 minutes later with Donna. I told her about my experience and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable once again. It's completely out of my way to drive to Yorkville but Donna made it worth it so I will return.

I am extremely happy with my haircut from this great clips location. It's so nice to have my hair actually look right! The woman who cut my hair paid a lot of attention to detail and I appreciate that very much! She took her time and didn't rush my haircut. Other places will sometimes rush it, which makes me very anxious leading to a weird cut. Not this time. Will definitely be going back again :)Service: Haircut
