Global Construction, Mike Roop, Did an outstanding professional remodel of my apartment in a reliable, dependable and timely manner. The removal and installation of flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, subway tile, painting and patching, installation of closet doors and pass thru doors with hardware was done in a professional way and I would recommend Global Construction 100%.

I have had this company do MULTIPLE projects for me: two bathrooms, a living room, and two bedrooms, and they are currently renovating my front porch. Mike does quality work and listens to his clients! If you have an issue, he is quick to fix it. All of the work done on my home is BEAUTIFUL, and I get so many compliments. I’ve been happy with every project.

I can’t help but notice the negative review posted, and it is very clear from both his photos and his diatribe that he has mental health issues (to which he explicitly alludes!), as the photographs do not show any glaring issues. Mike is great to work with. He is siding my house and we are planning work for the spring. Phase one was the front of the house and his estimate was spot on. The quality of the work in its appearance, you can tell from the street that it was done by a journeyman professional. He knows what he is doing and he will be my first call for taking care of my house. There were a few people that had stopped by over the years wanting me to a decision on the spot and I felt a lot of pressure. WIth Mike, no such thing existed. I called him, he came, asked what I wanted. Gave me a (what I think is VERY reasonable) estimate and executed it so wonderfully. Was in contact the entire time. Easy to get a hold of. The only hiccup was my wife and I deciding on the color, which got a bit of a chuckle out of Mike, but he took no sides as a professional should. Bottom line, great work, great price, local to the area, small business. He checks all of the boxes for me, and we are already planning more work.
