I had a decent and then bad experience there Good was I was in need of last minute bridal updo - my car had a flat tire by the shop .. I ran in and met fadi and he was able to do some pinning and curling in me and my daughter at the time ... I wanted the salon to do my makeup too but they wanted to charge wayyy too much .... I was going to just go for it and the employees kept bugging me k ocking on the bathroom door asking what I was doing ( accusing me of "smoking" which was ridiculous ) I was excited to have met a what I thought was a good hairdresser I made an appointment for color weeks later Some blonde maybe ? I used to use a box .. First fadi cut over 15 inches or more off my hair telling me " do u mind , cause u look terrible ) and bleached it to god awful bleach bleach bleach The girls while sweeping were whispering and got a bag to put my hair in .. I think cause it was so long they wanted to make a wig .... I didn't ask the price and since I didn't ask for a haircut I didn't expect to be charged for a " do u mind" scissor happy stranger .. I am Caucasian I looked bright red cause my hair was so BLEACHED only no toner no nothing Then they said u owe us 200 dollars I said what ? I thought it was going to be 35-50 at the time and didn't even ask to begin with .. I went home my daughter started crying saying my mom is ugly and now I can't look at her .. I went back up there ...and told Mario I wanted my money back for all this ... He said he cannot return any money and I'm lucky they got me a pop from next door ..... I think fodi put a toner on it and I would never want to experience the rude entitlement attitude or service ever again ..... Adding insult to injury repeatedly .. Hope they made their wig and talked a lot of garbage and got paid hundreds to do it .... I would NOT repeat ..

i came in yesterday to get a balayage of caramel highlights on my natural dark brown hair. i showed him a reference picture and he said he could do it. i asked for two small pieces in the front to be lighter then the rest and he agreed. When my hair came out i was BLONDE. my hair was not what i asked for at all. my mom called to tell them and my hairdresser blamed “tik tok” as the reason he made my hair blonde (referring to me asking for the money pieces in the front.) they agreed to let me come in the next day and he toned my hair to a better color. he then charged me $65 for just TONER! he said hairdressers see pictures differently and he was basically blaming me...read full review

I have been having my hair done by Fadi for 14 years. He is very meticulous in his work. I get full or partial highlights, a trim and style every six weeks. I am always happy with the way my hair looks. I always get positive comments from my friends on how beautiful my hair looks. Everyone that goes to Fadi or Mario are repeat clients for years and are always pleased with the work they do. I would recommend anyone to go to this sal
