Staff was very kind and listened to everything I had to say and were amazing with my less-than-friendly feline and did a great examination without any undue stress. I love my cat but I'm aware how she is and greatly appreciated how they handled her. Definitely found my vet I'll be staying with, so happy with every single person we dealt with.
