Very unprofessional. They locked the doors as I was walking up 10 minutes before closing time. They just stood there looking at me through the glass and would not answer my question about closing time.

Upper management seems to be cleaning house. If bad , fine but if your a hard working worker, come in on time and give it your best performance daily, your still worried and concerned they will let you go for any reason.

By far the worst Walmart that I have ever been to! Here is an example of my last visit! I have decided to never go to the Woodstock Walmart again due to it. I had purchased a lot of items, so I was not going to use the self check out. There was ONLY 1 cashier available and she had to bag the items as well. There was a big line, but that wasn't her fault. I told her that I had a case of water underneath. I then felt bad for her, and started to help her put my groceries in the totes that I brought from home. She handed me my receipt and then took off. She left all the rest of the groceries for me to bag myself. It's bad enough in Woodstock that you have to pay for bags, but I had to do her job as well. I get to the door and the woman that checks the receipt for theft got confrontational with me. I had canned goods that were in a tray. She looked at my receipt and said that I didn't pay for them. She also said the same thing about my case of water. I insisted that I did not do self check out, and any would be errors were due to the cashier. The woman was basicly accusing me of stealing! I then said can't you verify my items with your system? She walked me over and scanned each can of food to check. Sure enough, I paid for each can. She obviously couldn't decifer what was on the receipt. She then smirked and said that my case of water wasn't showing up, so the cashier forgot to scan it. She said for me to use the self check out. After it was scanned, the self check out only accepted cash and I only had a credit card. Had to call another worker over to bring my water to another self check out to purchase. Had to wait again! This mistake from the cashier and the woman checking receipts took 30 minutes. Not counting the long wait time in line to purchase. It may not sound like a huge deal, but it is! I had a sitter for my special needs daughter and was late getting home due to this. I was late giving her medication, because of the time that all of this took. Unacceptable! My frozen foods had defrosted by the time I got home. I think it was a lady manager that kept on apologizing to me. She was kind, but it wasn't her fault. In the meantime, the lady checking receipts was so hyper focused on me for so long,....probably missed a lot of true thieves walking out of the store. She was the only Walmart employee checking receipts. Other complaints- The fridges are always empty for prepared fruits. It was empty on that day as well. It's a shame because there aren't a lot of grocery store options in Woodstock. I will give my money to a non Walmart store in another town.
