I have been away from yoga for a while.My body has been telling me to get back into it. The Woodstock Yoga Lounge has many choices of levels, in studio or online classes. Online chair yoga is exactly what I need. Thank-you for helping me feel so much better.

If you're looking for a yoga studio that will leave you feeling energized, centered, and rejuvenated, look no further than the Yoga Lounge. I have been a regular at this studio and can confidently say that it is one of the best yoga studios I have ever been to.The space itself is beautiful with natural light from large windows overlooking the square and is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The friendliest, most welcoming studio with amazing and knowledgeable instructors. A place where you can go and feel comfortable as a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi. Teachers (& students!) encourage and utilize the use of props, and focus on proper alignment so yoga can be practiced safely by everyone. Cannot say enough good things about the Yoga Lounge
