Rick and Tessa were great to work with! All of our questions and needs were taken care of in a timely fashion. We are grateful for Rick helping us in the purchase of a beautiful 5 acre parcel.

After interviewing a few other realtors we ended up going with Rick and Tessa because we liked how they brought their knowledge and 30+ years of experience, but made us feel like we were involved in every step of the process. There was never any pressure to do this or do that and they also let us incorporate our thoughts and ideas into the process. It is easy for me to say that we felt they were with us every step of the way! We would highly recommend Rick and Tessa for all of your real estate needs!!

I joined the Rick Bellairs Team in 2017 and have been helping buyers and sellers in McHenry County ever since. Prior to entering the real estate business I earned my law degree and worked in the legal field. My transition into real estate has allowed me to work closely with clients and help get their specific needs met. Whether it's a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, we have helped people navigate the process. As a licensed Realtor and integral member of The Rick Bellairs Team, I have been able to meet the recent challenges of low inventory, high demand and multiple offers. I am also a member of the Contracts & Forms Committee at the Heartland Realtor Organization.
