I was about to give up on Hair Cuttery but needed a quick walk in that was affordable so I went back in and that's when I discovered Valerie! I went back to her again yesterday and she once again did exactly what I wanted and a great job! She spent 45 minutes on my shampoo (included!) and cut. Very nice to chat with, I thought we'd be besties by the time I left the way we were chatting lol

The people were great, and the actual haircut took less than 30 minutes. But man, i scheduled an appointment hours in advance, and when i got there, i waited for a few minutes. then someone came up to me and told me it would be a few minutes. that was fine, no big deal. but then 40 minutes passed and i was understandably annoyed. still tipped over 20% and wasnt rude. but man, what is the point of an appointment if im made to wait 40 minutes? there were 2 people getting their hair cut. a man and a woman. and this man definitely had his hair finished already but the lady kept going over his hair and i didnt understand it. and then the man, who was the customer, ended up...read full review
I went in for a consult for a perm, they were amazing and even let me reschedule for the same day when I realized I had a schedule conflict! I go there for haircuts and so does my family, the stylists are very friendly and understanding with you and they're always patient. The consult was no cost at all to me and she spent time really getting to know what I wanted out of my hair by the end I left happy and scheduled my follow up for the perm;
