Staff is always nice. I miss Helen during eye exams but I know she has other responsibilities now! Alan is quick to figure out my insurance out of pocket and usually helpful when I need to pick out new frames but this time he was not very involved, let me do it on my own, which was ok. All in all a good experience!

I have never received a more comprehensive, professional & personal eye exam in my life before the exam I received at Family Eye Care! Helen explained each exam & how it helps in an assessment of my eye problems. She was so concerned about my understanding & comfort she numbed my eyes before administering some eye drops that sting. Dr Maxwell gave me a thorough exam & then gave me detailed information on my condition & each & every treatment options. I left with such hope on my condition & the information to take step by step treatments toward restoring health to my eyes. Thank you everyone for making my visit so helpful & supportive!
