First time owning my own cat and taking him to the vet for shots, worming, and nueter. All the staff was so friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to make sure he had all the meds he needed, and calling to check on him a few days after and scheduling re checks to make sure everything was healing right. Dr Hoag is wonderful

I took my Dog and Cat here when I first moved to Illinois and was very pleased with our experience. I was very happy with the doctor who got on the ground to make my dog feel comfortable.

Some hiccups while transitioning and training staff in late summer, but apologies and promised improvements were definitely made. Now fall, and I'm grateful for the care and service provided to my two beloved dogs. Thank you for standing by your word and goals for excellence!
