Worst experience with an electrician ever. Came out to fix a canned light and doorbell. Wasn't able to actually correctly fix the canned light so he just screwed it into the drywall. Then he didn't fix the doorbell. Called his "office" and without telling them the work he did they somehow came up with a charge of $345. Claiming he had to drive from Chicago even though the company is woodridge electrical but who knows if the company actually exists. It was so shady. Then after arguing about how he did almost nothing it was $300. Then it was $260. All for one screw. He left a huge mess in my daughters room where the light was. He no showed our first appointment and was 40 minutes late without a call for the second appointment. Their receipt just said "troubleshooting" with the random number they came up with and they said the check needed to be made out to the person not the company. Shadiest thing I've ever dealt with. Horrible experience. Steer clear! If I can figure out how to add images to this review I will because he left such a mess behind and when I asked him if that was how he does business he said "maybe I should've put a mat down." Don't call them and don't let Marco in your home, he'll do nothing and then sit in your driveway until you give him a check. And Wendy in the office was the most incompetent shady employee I've ever dealt with. She somehow came up with pricing with literally zero knowledge of what was done. Her "receipt" that she sent over was homemade garbage.
Terrible company. No quotes, charge for no service. Came to repair a doorbell, couldn't get the job done and still was charged for the time spent diagnosing yet not fixing the problem. If I could give 0 starts I would but yelps minimum is 1 str.
