Janet is truly amazing at what she does, I had my first session with her a few weeks ago. She explained everything she was doing during my session , which left me feeling at ease. I did the Emotional Release Therapy with Theta Healing, she made me feel very comfortable with expressing my emotions during the session. Can’t wait to book another session with her!

I had a 45 min massage and it was wonderful! The space was lovely and very relaxing. Janet was thorough and attentive, not only to what I told her, but how my body responded to the treatment.

I can say enough of my friend Janet, through the years I have witness her work and enjoyed every service I get with her. Today I had a wonderful 90 minutes massage and my body thank me for choosing Janet this time around. I always make my way back to her services. Thank you Janet!

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Esthetician (LE), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Traditional Naturopath, Reiki Master & Teacher, Certified Reflexologist, and Loomis Digestive Health Specialist. My approach has always been centered upon total body wellness for each and every one of my clients. Depending on each of my client’s individual needs (based on what they say they need help with and what I sense from them) I can treat them with elements from any combination of the modalities I am trained.
