“I flew in from out of town to receive a PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy) treatment on my achilles a few weeks ago and this was my first time visiting Ultimate Medical Group. The staff was so caring and kind and it was not like your typical medical office. They made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh! During the procedure, Dr. Irizarry and Dr. Cammisa made the procedure quick and made me feel at ease. I am no pain today! I am so grateful for this medical group. “Dr. Keag provided stellar service! One, I've never had any doctor in the past 15 years take a wellness exam (free with insurance) as serious as she did. She explained a lot without rushing and still allowed me to ask questions. She also demonstrated superb knowledge of medications that I'm taking that I KNEW to be in the purview of a Family MD (whereas the physicians at Duly and their administration tried to convince me otherwise when I complained about their MD's assessment). And so now I no longer have to pay to see a specialist since my PCP is comfortable managing my condition. WOW! Is all I can say. I'm ecstatic after this visit and I have never been able to say that. Also kudos to Jacquelyn at the front who set my appointment. She took her time scheduling me and when I asked which physician she would recommend for me that's who she chose.
