August 27 UPDATE. I have now been going to Advanced Wellness for over six months and the progress made through my PT sessions with former Olympian Patricia is fantastic. My knee pain has gone from a 10 to a 2 or 3 depending on my arthritis, but I am really pleased with the results. We are now focusing on my shoulders and working my upper body.
