Made an appointment and Gina was not very polite, but wanted to try a new salon. I arrived a few minutes early, waited for 30min after my appointment time and was never acknowledged as she walked past me several time. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend just based on lack of basic professionalism.

I have gone here many times. It started after others damaged my hair before my wedding. I’m a multiracial person and have mixed hair. Gina was able to handle my hair no problem! She saved it and did hair extensions that left my hair perfect in time for my wedding! From there I have gone in a few times for hair color and keratin. She takes good care of my hair and I know I can trust her. Again she can manage mixed hair which is such a big thing for me since it’s hard to find in this area and a lot of those who say they can charge a lot more and leave your hair destroyed so it’s a big thing that she has always taken such good care of my hair and the prices are reasonable...read full review

My two favorite things about seeing Gina: she's a color genius and her products are the most gentle on my hair in 20+ years of dyeing. My hair is a challenge to say the least, and Gina rose to the occasion. I came in with a pixie cut, natural ash light brown/moderately greying, thin, fine and brittle hair. I requested a sunnier, honey blonde on my longer top, that would grow out nicely (as I am not good about routine maintenance), but I didn't want her to dye the sides and back. Gina said she knew exactly what to do. And did she. Wow. I trusted her to use her judgement and she gave me the results I was looking for with lowlights and highlights. Gina has colored my hair a few times now (I took a 2 year break from coloring), and each time she has, the quality of my hair hasn't deteriorated. Her products are super gentle and she would never put you under a dryer. Will absolutely be seeing her again - she's very talented and has a no non-sense, hardworking demeanor.
