Have used Russ and his crew three times now; started several years ago when it was 100° and high humidity on a Sunday afternoon... he came within the hour repaired the central air and was extremely reasonable on the price so that's who we called when we needed the central air replaced. Did a great job and competitively priced. Then just today had them come and fix our furnace got it taken care of same day. Highly recommend.

If I have any need for Heating and Cooling Repair, I will be calling McConnells! They were professional, friendly and quick. They even dealt with finding out about our warranty. Thank You guys, fabulous experience.

So I left review back in December about installation on the Galesburg website for McConnell but I couldn't leave another review some Google policy I guess so this is a workaround I guess. First review is about insulation which went flawlessly. This review will be about performance this Bryant furnace outperformed my old Bryant furnace which was 34 years old seems to have a stronger blower which forces hot air up into the upper story better . House was built in the 1890s. After install I updated my thermostat to a 1° differential which helped keep the heat more constant very happy with this furnace and the installation ,can't go wrong with Bryant or McConnell Heating...read full review
