Technicians, were very friendly and on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem did a nice job replacing the thermostat and a damaged wire. Left the place tidy and thanked me for calling. i would definitely call B&W Heating and Cooling again.

I called B&W today due to my heater malfunctioning. They sent Cory out and he replaced my thermostat, cleaned the heat sensor and did a couple of other adjustments. The workmanship and professionalism are second to none.The price was extremely fair. I willAlways recommend and use B&W Heating and Cooling.

Matt with B&W was quick to respond over a holiday weekend to our gas leak emergency determined by an Ameren technician. Matt resolved the issue promptly and efficiently and was courteous as always. Highly recommend B&W Htg & Cooling. They have been our choice for years. Honest and dependable!!
