Top Notch: the name says it all! We scheduled a duct cleaning/sanitation because of a musty smell in our condo. The Technicians Alan & Adrian were super effective in finding a source of the smell, which was a dirty furnace coil & some water under the furnace. They also went above & beyond in cleaning, sanitizing, & sealing our HV/AC ducts & intake! We have used other companies before in the past & they cannot compare to the service we received with Top Notch! You will NOT find any better in Chicagoland. Clean, precise, conscientious, & skilled. Highly recommend!!!
I called Top Notch and they were exactly as the name implies. Had everything scheduled quickly and efficiently. I received a call prior to ensure I was able to get to the property in time (many places promise this but do not follow through - very refreshing!), and was treated to two very respectful guys. They explained everything to me, answered any questions directly, did not pressure me to purchase any additional services, and even treated me to a senior citizen discount (first time for that)!
