Nancy was very gentle and caring. We are thankful we found this place to help our Minnie cross over rainbow bridge. The place was nice, comfortable and well organized. I would recommend St Francis to anyone who needs to help their pet cross over.

They treated me and my wife with genuine compassion when we had lost a pet, and treated our pet that had passed away with dignity. They went above and beyond what we would expect. It was surprising how hard it was to deal with the loss of a pet, and the St. Francis folks really helped, not only putting our pet to rest but also in dealing with grief.

I lost 2 both of my (boys) cats last year 2022, one mid July and one at the end of August. They were 15. I got them both together at the same time, although they were not littermates at 4-5 weeks, they still grew up as brothers and passed away within 2 1/2 months of each other.Imagine how difficult this was for me! It was at this time that I found St Francis. They are the most fantastic place for us animal lovers at such a diffucult time. They are so kind and respectiful. Thru the whole process I was treated with such dignity and compassion, as if they were people.If I could give them 10 stars if I could.
