He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. He answered all questions and was done having my pipes cleaned and roded out in about an hour. Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was great and pricing was very fair. “It's never a good day when your main sewer backs up, but Stellar Plumbing saved the day. When I called them, the people on the phone were friendly and helpful, and were able to send a plumber out first thing the following morning. Gus arrived on time, was very personable, and he thoroughly explained the problem and my options to fix it. He rodded the sewer to clear it, and cleaned up the area very well. This was the first time I used Stellar Plumbing, but I will certainly call on them again for any future plumbing needs.“
