After interviewing three brokers, I chose Coldwell Banker/SFC Team (specifically Trish Capitanini and her husband, Frank) to sell a residential property in Wilmette. While all three brokers had the usual marketing material and slightly different approaches, Trish impressed me with her assessment of the property and her knowledge of the local market. She also correctly analyzed my needs and went out of her way to provide assistance to me above and beyond what I could have realistically expected.
