Michelle is the best !!! Her alterations and cleaning are the best I have ever experienced. Michelle is kind, patient and always a joy, even if I'm simply walking by her store to say hello.

Michelle's business is the best. Michelle takes great care of her customers. There are cards from grateful customers all over her wall. She remembers all her customers and remembers family members too. It feels like a small town, years ago, not a large chain of cleaners. She also takes great care of the clothes! Frequently we have her do alterations or repairs and they are always flawless.

Michelle is incredible. Clothes are cleaned/pressed/repaired well, as expected, but it’s her service and personality that warrants 5 stars. She remembers every customer by name. She loves loves loves kids. After learning from my chatterboxes that they loved marshmallows, she subsequently bought for them little chocolate/marshmallow/cookie treats that she had eaten as a little girl in Korea. She gave them to my kids on our next visit. My 3 & 4 year-olds are also fascinated by her sewing machine so she once spent about 15 minutes answering their questions and showing them how they can use different colors of thread and different patterns on different fabrics.
