I chose this office because the Charles Schwab offices in Downtown had low reviews. I inherited a sizeable trust and other assets that I wanted to consolidate. I made an appt and drove from my home in Chicago( 40 min drive). I met with a young girl who was obviously training or not well experienced. The Financial Advisor Lance was working from home and was on speaker phone the whole time. He did not have access to all the documents I brought. The young girl was flipping through the pages and it was obvious she didn't know what she was reading . I told him I didn't like the fact that I was on a phone in and didn't get to meet with him in person. He said he would be in office on Monday. Great, I'm working. Why did I waste my time today? Going to keep shopping for a brokerage with better customer service.
