“So after all the storm chasers hit my area, I decided to go out and look for a good contractor to replace my roof. I didn't want just a replacement, I wanted something better. Well, I contacted Odyssey and they got me in touch with Ben. He came out, was respectable, and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch, and he didn't want me to sign a blank contract on replacing my roof, like the storm chasers did. He explained the differences in material, as well as warranty options. So I decided to go with Odyssey and had them replace my roof and gutters. The contractors they sent out were very clean and professional. When payment was due, Ben came to my residence and did a final inspection. Now I am not a roofer, but I did go up on my lower part of the roof to see the quality and the wok that was done. By all means I was able to tell the difference between what I had and a more superior product. Price was not an issue with me, as I was looking for a better product. After working with Ben I got a great product for an excellent price. If anyone needs a roof, or any work, because they are licensed contractor, I forward Ben's contact information and recommend Odyssey Home Remodeling, first.

“Autumn Ridge Home Improvements is an amazing company and I highly recommend them to anyone! They completed total renovations in our bathroom and kitchen, installed a new water heater, replaced old cast iron plumbing, and did interior painting. We also had a new roof and all new siding done as well. In the kitchen and bathroom they laid new tile flooring, along with tile on the shower walls. The tile work is exquisite! They really took their time and made sure it looked perfect. Bobby is a perfectionist and makes sure all the work is done to the highest standards. They installed new kitchen cabinets as well, and even caught a measuring mistake from made by the contractor from Home Depot! We should have just has Bobby do it In the first place :) The care and professionalism of Bobby and his crew are unmatched! We had several surprise issues that sprung up during the process (no fault of Autumn Ridge, just things that were discovered during the work being done, such as the main drain pipe being broken for probably years) and Bobby and his team didn’t blink an eye, they just kept rolling with the punches! My two past projects (installing an entry door and a new roof on the house and garage), and the current project (installing a garage side door), were all quickly and expertly done, with no mess left behind. Julie made it extremely easy to book the appointment for the work (yes, an added bonus is that you can talk to a real person at this company!), and Mike (the sales rep) presented with me an honest and accurate estimate prior to starting any of the work.
