Sadly I have moved a lot and know what it is like to have a bad home inspector. Months after moving in you start finding out all the stuff they missed. It is a costly mistake I did not want to make again. We just bought a home last month and used this company. We narrowed it down to two homes and had two inspections done. Best money we spent. Eric is amazing- he clearly explains things, is detailed, friendly, insanely knowledgeable and gets the huge inspection report done surprisingly fast. With all you have riding on an inspection and how much you are spending on a home, this is worth every penny- even if you need to do more than one. : ) Highly recommended!

Eric was fantastic for us. He was very friendly and helped us with the purchase of our first home. He was incredibly thorough with the inspection and answered all of our questions very professionally. The inspection report came right on time as well. If we are ever in the market to buy a new home, we'll be sure to work with Eric again in the future.

I used Pro Home Inspections at the recommendation of two different people, and I was not disappointed. Eric went above and beyond my expectations. He was responsive, reliable, and helpful. His report is also very easy to read and comes with pictures and categorized findings.
