“I love this studio! I’ve been to many yoga studios all over the city, and still prefer classes here to all the others. Their instructors are knowledgable, prepared, and offer variations as well as correction (as needed) so you don’t accidentally push yourself too far / get hurt. The classes are also consistently great - I haven’t been disappointed by any of their classes. In addition, the studio is clean and has great amenities (e.g., water, towels, locks on their lockers, etc.).“
“Tuesday was the first time that I attended a yoga class, let alone a hot yoga class. I couldn't tell you what I was expecting but the class was everything I could have wanted and more. The instructor, was extremely kind. She offered and demonstrated alternatives for most of the poses. You can tell that she was passionate about her craft. Let me tell you as a first timer highly recommend, there are other kinds of yoga classes taught here that I am looking forward to trying out. Parking is meh around here depending on when is your class (but I don't blame them for this)“

“Great experience.... I attended the Uptown wellness festival. I had trouble getting the ticket and Cindy went out of her way to assist me. I thought at first that a day long event would be something I just visited for a time, until I arrived. The venue was great, having the ticket that included a food credit gave me the opportunity to try out the different vendors. The program was well organized and informative. Presenters were fun and on schedule. I enjoyed meeting the vendors, participants and learned many new things. I have attended a few other events through the center and look forward to trying out some of the other classes they offer. The day was incredible and I am looking out for the next one.“

“Megan from breath and yoga is the best break to my week. She brings a calm and warm energy to every one of her classes. The breath work she teaches is easily applied to everyday stress/ anxiety. She gives great instruction while also allowing us to explore and learn on our own. It truly has allowed me to heal anxiety and tension I have with me and now is a part of my weekly schedules. The combination of breath and movement allows you to leave her class feeling like a light noodle. Her virtual lunch break is also a great thing I will come to on my own time in my home which is a great way I will wind down a stressful day. Megan is the absolute best and Erin rocks too!“
