I came in with some questions about a friend who desperately needed eyeglasses but was very constrained budget-wise. Tammy told me to send them in, and she made sure to find frames within the budget that still looked amazing. Sometimes we might think a north shore store would only carry the most expensive brands, but there is an amazing range at New Vision, and you can find something great even on a tight budget. And both Tammy and Pat will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. I will never go anywhere else. Both my son and I are very myopic, so we will be buying all our future glasses at New Vision from now on! There is a reason their clients are so loyal.
I have been going to New Vision Optical for many years (over 20) and they have always been fantastic. Pat (the owner) and Tammy are totally dedicated to providing top drawer, friendly service. Of late, I bought a pair of sunglasses that ended up too dark for my liking. They reworked the sunglasses and now all is perfect. Their costs are reasonable, but the friendly, attentive, and prompt service are almost beyond belief in this modern world of robots answering the telephone. Real personal service from wonderful human beings. Now that is RARE.
