I was having knee pain while running when I started working with Lance. He was able to identify the root cause of the problem and I'm now pain-free. I believe it's so important to have good alignment to prevent hip and knee replacements later in life. Lance is the kind of physical therapist who can help with prevention or recovery. I highly recommend him.

If you want an excellent physical therapist, Lance is the go to guy. He is a good listener and always gets to the root of problems you may be experiencing with your back, neck or other body parts. Have felt great since I've started with him. He offers a good supply of TLC. You cannot go wrong working with Lance.

Finding Lance’s practice was a gift. I had been in PT several times with a major local provider. Suffice to say that this unique and more intimate experience is second to none that i am aware of. I enjoy not feeling like one of many in a big room with the next patient 6 feet away, Lance greets you and leads you to his own private space shared with no other therapist.Lance LISTENS to what is ailing you and then combines expert massage and physical therapy modalities for hour long sessions. A former massage therapist and a Doctor of PT, he knows his way around the musculoskeletal system like the pro that he is.

From Movement Solutions, LLC

At Movement Solutions we provide detailed assessments of physical abilities from general coordination and balance needed for posture, strength training and movement retraining for joint support and pain relief, to the eye movements needed for reading, writing, copying and catching a ball. Using standard medical (non-invasive) tests, we can identify where signs of physical weakness, stiffness or neuro-motor immaturity are present and offer effective exercise programs to stimulate the development of mature motor skills. Many problems with balance, coordination, sports performance, reading, writing, under-achievement and behavior have their roots in immature development of physical abilities which support many aspects of learning.
