I was recommended to Adams Northfield Electric by our condo management company. I called to see if I could set up an appointment to find out how much to expect to pay to get our dishwasher to work. They got back to me right away and we were able to set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called and said they'd be late. They asked if it looked like the pictures in the real estate listing (we recently purchased the house), which it does and they tried to diagnose the problem from those pictures. When I explained that the actual issue was not visible in the pictures, they asked to reschedule for the next day. Then they were late the next day as well.... read full review

Adams Northfield Electric is a great company and amazing to work with. Always friendly and will put there clients first. Dan and Pam take pride in there work and it really shows! One of there employees Trevor is great! He is always on time and stays late to finish his work! He cleans up after he is finished, like he was never there! Very respectful.
