“Megan from breath and yoga is the best break to my week. She brings a calm and warm energy to every one of her classes. The breath work she teaches is easily applied to everyday stress/ anxiety. She gives great instruction while also allowing us to explore and learn on our own. It truly has allowed me to heal anxiety and tension I have with me and now is a part of my weekly schedules. The combination of breath and movement allows you to leave her class feeling like a light noodle.
