I've been coming here since 1989. Stephanie does a fantastic job on my hair, whether she perms it, dyes it or just styles it. She knows exactly what looks good on me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Stefanie has been my stylist since Penel's opened. She does AMAZING work! I always leave their feeling awesome and ready to bounce around town to show off her work. My colors, cuts, and styles are exactly what I ask for and the atmosphere is beautiful! Everyone is so friendly and ready to pamper me. I cannot wait to go back for my next visit! I highly recommend this professional salon!

Stefanie has been doing my hair for years! She is an amazing hair styles that does it all from start to finish. Hair color, body wave, cut, and style for all occasions. She's got raw talent!
