I am not sure what is with the negative reviews on here but I have been tanning here for almost a year now and have the full unlimited membership. Just want to say that I have not had any problems whatsoever with billing or any of the staff! Everything has been very smooth and just as explained, all the stuff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not pay attention to all the negative fake reviews and go try it for yourself and you will see that it is a salon as it should be, highly recommend it. Thank you staff, keep up the good work. Megan K was awesome. She was kind and knowledgeable. Because of the prom season they didn’t have the bronzers I’ve had the few times I’ve gone in past. Megan gave a great recommendation and was thorough on expectations for undertones. Super friendly, thanks girl came out great!Service: Tanning

EDIT: the manager reached out and was extremely nice, explained the policy to me, and offered me credit for next time, I appreciate them reaching out It was my first time here and right before paying I was told that you only get half the time on your first visit. I understand that this may be a policy for safety or something, but the price needs to reflect that. I don't understand how it makes sense to pay full price for half the time? I'm feeling very regretful that I paid $35 for 7min when 14min costs the same, wish I had walked out and gone somewhere else.
