The young girl that worked last night was so unfriendly and rude, she had no idea what any of the shades or hues looked like. I saw the reviews about bad customer service and went anyway thinking different (better) people would be working, there was not. I literally never review I just had to this time because she was so rude!

I am not sure what is with the negative reviews on here but I have been tanning here for almost a year now and have the full unlimited membership. Just want to say that I have not had any problems whatsoever with billing or any of the staff! Everything has been very smooth and just as explained, all the stuff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not pay attention to all the negative fake reviews and go try it for yourself and you will see that it is a salon as it should be, highly recommend it. Thank you staff, keep up the good work. Sign up for a membership if you wanna get SCAMMED. So I signed up for a spray tan membership July 26th $76.49 month. I was told since I signed up towards the end of the month and paid the full amount that next month will be pro rated. They made it seem like it will only be a couple of dollars for next month. I’d decided to cancel the membership the 30th because the location was a little far from me. I go in to cancel my membership and the lady helping me not once advise me about there cancellation policy.
