I went in to have a dmv medical report filled out and was charged $98. They whiteout the form (which invalidates it). If he was uncomfortable signing it why not just say so instead of marking it 'no not fit to drive' then whiteout the answer and mark 'yes' when I caught it? No physical done, just reading off the questions already on the form. WHITEOUT?? REALLY??
I was first in line but the receptionist chose to let other 4(four) person to be tested before me, with no reason. When I asked what happened, she looked me like then was first time she sees me .
