Great CrossFit gym with a well maintained, organized space and solid equipment. Hard to find 5 AM class, convenient location near major highways all of this at a very reasonable cost. Recommended!

I absolutely love this gym. I've been coming here for almost four years now, and you will not find a more welcoming gym. Everyone is so extremely nice and encouraging, and they simply just want to get better and to see others succeed. The flexibility is like none other, and the programming is better than any other gym out there. If you want community and fitness, come here.

I love everything about InspirFit / Spire CrossFit and the workouts. The coaches and the community are what makes it special but the results have been fantastic. I'm always challenged in every class and my body feels better than it ever has.
