“A really great place to get infusions. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The nurses are amazing, friendly, and so knowledgeable while being willing to listen and learn from patients. I can feel at ease coming in for infusions because I know my concerns will be taken seriously and things will be explained to me. I've actually learned a lot about IVs and what works for my body. The facility is always clean and comfortable and I really enjoy the private rooms. Overall Premier Point turns what could normally be a very stressful and uncomfortable experience into a good one.“

“I give it five stars but wish I could give it 100, Before starting physical therapy I had back problems shoulders and my neck and the right side of the head, but after finishing my physical therapy i feel way Better, the staff was very nice they treat you like family and Dr. foreman asked all the questions that I did not even think of I’m very please I highly recommend it to friends and family.“

“It is centrally located on 95th Street and California specializing in emergency care, Cancer Treatment Center and general in patient and outpatient care. My experience in emergency and my mother in law in the Cancer center. The emergency wait can be long and on a frustrating night when I had a laceration on my lip as I had hurt my little dog by accident putting her down off my lap and he bit me. A chubby Shihtzu and I got him just wrong under his arms. I finally went up and said if I have to wait any longer I have to leave and I need care. It had been 5 hours. They were attentive and I had to see a surgeon who did a flawless stitch up of my lip. Although I am sure it is a requirement they called the police when I was in the waiting room about the dog bite. The police were upset they had been called when they found out it was my dog and not a criminal act and could not understand why the hospital had called them. It was upsetting already to be there but compounded by the police showing up. They left. The staff is patient, they explain all the procedures but most importantly they listen. There is security there and vending machines and easy access to restrooms. The parking is scary at night to walk quite a distance from the lot to emergency if you are injured and very few spots near the real doors. I had to go alone. I did not see lot monitors or good lighting. You can also enter from 91st west to California and take a left to miss the train tracks. My mother in law went through extensive treatment and spoke highly of the doctors and the care. Check your insurance to be sure they are not out if network as I got a hefty bill. I now go to Advocate for emergencies. Bialys is across the street if you need breakfast or a great meal if you are there for Family.“

“I was a patient of Dr Forbes even before she had her own private practice. So I think it was well over 20 years. During that time I was pretty healthy but when I did have a problem Dr Forbes got right on it. I loved that she took a great amount of time explaining everything to me. The one serious medical problem I had early on in our relationship she diagnosed correctly and within a few months, it was no longer a problem. I moved to Arizona a few years ago and one of the hardest things I had to do was finding a new doctor.“

“All the staff are GREAT. Very friendly and not just with me. I see how they treat all their patients, and they seem to have very good relationships with all their patients. I've been to this facility twice for different reasons. After I found out I had to do PT again this year, I specifically asked for this location because of the staff. I don't know why this other person had such a bad experience. I've never seen anything but positive interactions among staff and patients.“

“I went to see Dr.Haider because I had the worst throat infection and she not only seen me almost immediately, but she prescribed me the antibiotics I needed to get better. She was fast, efficient, and patient with me the entire time. Props to her!“

“I had my first appointment there today after being away for 4 years. I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was absolutely no waiting and my entire visit was handled professionally. I was with both Dr.Fochesatta and Practice Clinician Kristine Asuncion who were both very thorough and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to go to for your health needs. Other medical facilities should be run like this one.“

“In need of an MRI, I called Medrad Clinics because Yelp said they provided diagnostics. While they do not have an MRI machine as of yet (check back in 2021), Dr. E answered the phone himself, asked me why I needed a 3T MRI, then gave me a brief history on how MRI technology works and that I could be satisfied with a 1.5T (for Tesla) MRI. Rarely does a Doctor answer their own phone or take the time to clearly and patiently explain technology and procedures. Friendly, as well. Wish all doctors were like Dr. E rather than rock stars. If he had an MRI machine, I would not need to look further.“
