Four stars only because they were late (but due to a training session that ran long, so gotta cut some slack). Mike was awesome. Totally “can do” attitude. Eliminated wasp nest in difficult spot, quickly. Would use Rose again.

We had three hornets nests that needed to be removed and Ozzie did a great job assessing, consulting and executing. He was very informative and helpful in sharing post extermination protocol as well which was appreciated from a safety standpoint. Thank you Ozzie!
