“Jim is great. Professional, thorough, and reliable. Been using him for years and never a single issue. VERY reasonable prices vs. the competition, likely due to low overhead. We started using him after a not-so-great experience with a competitor, who--after 2 hours in our back yard scratching his head with his supervisor on the phone--started giving us quotes to replace our whole high-efficiency HVAC system, which would have cost nearly $5,500. Nope. Jim was in and out with a new compressor and tune up for a couple hundred, including freon.
