Eugene and his partner were amazing. After being quoted an exorbitant amount for "holiday hours" by a different company I called Home Guard. They had fair pricing, no upselling and amazing communication about the problem. Eugene even took the time to find a universal part to help pass along the savings to the customer. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and neighbors.
All I can say is I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Gaurd Heating & Air! He is the MOST professional and honest HVAC professional that I have ever encountered. The technician took the extra step to figure out that one of my wires was nicked and just replacing the thermostat would have not solved my system not even starting. Bravo Zulu for explaining each of the steps.
