Terrible customer service! They can care less about their work or if their customer is happy. Once they get paid they disappear! If you have any problems when the work is done they don’t care!!!!!

Absolutely DO NOT hire this company!My project of installing hardwood floors was a nightmare. The project took 3 weeks, nothing was covered, workers did not show up and when they did it was 10-11 am. I was constantly having to call to see if they were showing up or blowing me off. They left me a huge mess, my floors had gouges, scratches, and then they moved my refrigerator across the floor. Alfonso said the floors had to be refinished but Paul totally refused to do the work. They got stain on my carpet and holes in the walls. Paul had the balls to tell me I could live with it. I paid $12,000.00 for floors that look like crap. I still owe half, Paul refuses to fix the problems, so I have other estimates. It will cost me $3852.00 to have floors refinished, $975 to fix and paint damaged walls and waiting for carpet replacement cost. Paul so kindly offered me $1500 for his mistakes. Now he says he is going to put a lean on my home. He is very unprofessional and a incompetent businessman. All he cares about is money, does not care about the customer. I even had one of his employees girlfriend call me at 10pm at night to say her boyfriend would not be on my job the next day as he was in jail. REALLY??? I asked Paul...how and why did this person have my phone number. Awful company!!!
